The 38th Annual Sealy Big Bass Splash was a smashing success at Lake Fork Marina this September! Local angler Tim Law stole the spotlight by landing a 9.85-pound bass, securing a grand prize valued at $100,000, including a new Phoenix boat and a Dodge RAM truck. The tournament saw fierce competition, with over 2,200 participants battling it out for cash prizes and glory. Notable highlights included Verlon Croney of Alba winning $5,000 for his heaviest under-slot catch and taking home a brand-new boat. This year’s event paid tribute to the late Bob Sealy, whose vision brought the Big Bass Splash to life, ensuring the tradition continues strong.
